Please do not post the same thing multiple times. The board software automatically flags certain posts as needing moderator attention. This happens the most often for new users. I'm pretty sure this is made clear at the time you attempt to post. Posting the same thing over and over again just makes that many more posts the moderators have to weed through later. This makes us sad. Don't make us sad. If your post/thread doesn't appear, just wait a while. Don't post it again. If it hasn't shown up by the next day, then you can try again. I normally go through posts in the mornings, and try to check a few times throughout the day, but I'm not here 24/7. There will typically be a significant delay before posts are approved. Just be patient.
Lets say someone created an awesome successful game or app on X mobile platform. He could create it for another Y platform but he didn't for any given reason although people requested it.
Do you think creating the game with few minor changes considered cloning if it was released for the other platform Y?

His trademarks and copyrights aren't restricted to one platform, so you couldn't just clone his intellectual property without the risk of losing a lawsuit. You're free to copy his idea, though.

Thanks for your reply but I wasn't talking about trademarks. I am asking if doing this would be considered cloning.
If I made macaroni and cheese and put it into a blue bowl, and you scooped out half and put it in a red bowl, is it not the same macaroni and cheese?
It is like you made macaroni and cheese and sold it in Europe and although people in the US wanted it you didnt sell it there. So I made it and sold it there.

That's called distributing. It's still the same macaroni and cheese, so it would still be considered cloning.

I guess trying to make something morally acceptable it's asking too much to 99% of app developers...
