Saving Hundreds of Objects to Server with NSCoding

The end goal that I'm trying to accomplish is adding the ability to add a game save state for a non-realtime game to a server. What I was thinking of doing is using NSCoding to save the ~300 objects and then upload those values to the server (and the next player would download them and the game would load based on them). However, there are a couple issues I'm seeing. Firstly, it looks like each object is being saved as its own .plist file. Is there any way to get around this, or will I just have to upload ~300 .plist files to the server? Or is there another way to do this?

Any help is greatly appreciated!

EDIT: I was also looking into saving in JSON format, but I don't know if that would be a good idea or not?
