Auto detect wifi on IOS app

Hi everyone, i want to create an app on ios, which can detect wifi of devices around and show a list of wifi that i can connect as same as android. How can I do it? Thanks all!

    Your not allowed to hotspot for someone trough an iPhone application. The only way to do this is to pay for hotspotting on your phone through your cellular service

    It's bad that such function exists on Android for many years, but doesn't exist on IOS.

    The concerned query is damn perfect that one must have different functions working for IOS development too and if not than that functions must be noted for as concern with the developer too.
