Please do not post the same thing multiple times. The board software automatically flags certain posts as needing moderator attention. This happens the most often for new users. I'm pretty sure this is made clear at the time you attempt to post. Posting the same thing over and over again just makes that many more posts the moderators have to weed through later. This makes us sad. Don't make us sad. If your post/thread doesn't appear, just wait a while. Don't post it again. If it hasn't shown up by the next day, then you can try again. I normally go through posts in the mornings, and try to check a few times throughout the day, but I'm not here 24/7. There will typically be a significant delay before posts are approved. Just be patient.

You can develop paid apps no problem in india*, the confusing comes after you read the * note below.. those are the only exclusions.
*You can develop and distrubute paid apps anywhere in India excluding: the provinces of Rajasthan, Haryana, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Jammi & Kashmir, Uttarakhand, Uttar pradech, madhya pradesh, gujarat, maharasthtra, orissa, chhattisgarh, jharkhand, bihar, sikkm, andhra pradesh, goa, karnataka, andhra karnataka, kerala, tamil nadu,meghalaya, assam, tripura, mizoram, manipur, nagaland.
All in all the only province you are allowed to develop and distrubte paid apps in the "Arunchal Pradesh" province located in the north eastern part of india. The reason for all these exclusions is due to various religious hindu texts forbid paid app development in the rest of india, NOW because Arunchal Pradesh is a territory accuired after the texts were written, no where in the sacred scrolls does it say you cant develop apps there so you are free to go :) if you live there.

Apple doesn't have an office in India yet. How will you send them your app binary? Mail in a CD? Make sure you put "DO NOT X-RAY" warning on it. Also, Apple doesn't send cheques or western union to India. Android's the best!

Yes, a CD would be a good option. If you sell plenty you can travel to the US once a year to collect your payment. I am sure Apple will issue you with a letter of application for your visa.
