Please do not post the same thing multiple times. The board software automatically flags certain posts as needing moderator attention. This happens the most often for new users. I'm pretty sure this is made clear at the time you attempt to post. Posting the same thing over and over again just makes that many more posts the moderators have to weed through later. This makes us sad. Don't make us sad. If your post/thread doesn't appear, just wait a while. Don't post it again. If it hasn't shown up by the next day, then you can try again. I normally go through posts in the mornings, and try to check a few times throughout the day, but I'm not here 24/7. There will typically be a significant delay before posts are approved. distribution apps on public website by Apple enterprise account, can I do this? no
I apply apple enterprise account($299/year). I want to know if i use enterprise account build ios app(maybe the apps development for my company , maybe development for other Organization) and distribution the apps on my public website. anyone can download the apps from my websites. I want to know whether I can do this , it include any legal risk? i am not sure Apple inc will close my account or do something.
I see the document https://developer.apple.com/support/ios/enterprise.html if i used enterprise apps , I should follow the rule:"The iOS Developer Enterprise Program only allows you to distribute your apps to employees or members of your organization through Ad Hoc distribution".
I am IOS developer company , my company focus on enterprise company. 1.but some customer haven't enterprise account ( you knwo they are just small company, they didn't want to keep update their apps, so if they apply developer account, is difficult and slow, and maybe will be forget pay money in the next year). I want to know if I help my customer distribute their app , i am not sure it is big legal risk or apple will forbidden my account. 2.my customer company's app is just used for show they company production. they want to put the app on his company websites, anyone can download it from they publick html5 websites by mobile phone. so I am not sure apple will forbidden my account. because I think this is normail requirements,my company's app, download from my company websites is nothing strange.
No. Assuming you are talking about regular native iOS apps, you need a standard iOS developer account to distribute to the public. The enterprise account is only for internal distribution within an organisation.
It is possible to create HTML5 apps (like the FT app) which can be downloaded directly from a website - you don't need a developer account for those.

Technically, it is easy, just stick the files on a public-facing server. But you'll be breaking the Enterprise agreement if you do so, and they'll probably take the Ent. account off you.
You also need to renew the (in-house) apps once a year, as they have a 12-month provisioning lifespan, so even if you distributed to the whole world, they'd only have an app that lasts a year.
The Enterprise license is also a lot more difficult to obtain than the regular $99 one.
