Please do not post the same thing multiple times. The board software automatically flags certain posts as needing moderator attention. This happens the most often for new users. I'm pretty sure this is made clear at the time you attempt to post. Posting the same thing over and over again just makes that many more posts the moderators have to weed through later. This makes us sad. Don't make us sad. If your post/thread doesn't appear, just wait a while. Don't post it again. If it hasn't shown up by the next day, then you can try again. I normally go through posts in the mornings, and try to check a few times throughout the day, but I'm not here 24/7. There will typically be a significant delay before posts are approved. Just be patient.
I'd love to see how it works, but I'm not paying 10 bucks.
Actually I'd like to contact the developer. Any suggestions? I can't seem to find any email or Twitter, etc. I searched his name but nothing much except appshopper links...
This kind of stuff really annoys me when we seem to get rejected every time when we do a licensed game or include some branded stuff, even when we include a letter and contact details for the licensor in the submission!
Somehow, while we seem to get an automatic rejection even with a legitimate license, blatant copyright or trademark infringement like the example here seem to breeze through no problem.

Hey it's PikPok! Thanks for the iPad I won in your contest a few years ago :)
But yeah, I completely agree. I mean one time I was rejected because they didn't like my app description, but this goes through no problem.
I can bet it will be pulled off once Microsoft finds out about it and file copyright complain. I have a feelings that with the volume of apps on the AppStore the whole process is automated with human quality check. And sometimes human failed to see a lot of things. Most apps get rejected by automated process when they failed field test or something. Maybe they rise a red flag and human operator double check them. If app run well on this auto tests ( ie no crashes) then human eye can slip some obvious copyright infringement like this sometimes. Anyway author can make some backs on fouled people but might be banned by Apple eventually. Especially if Microsoft file lawsuit.
Just one of the many examples, proofs again that apple is taking the app store not as serious as it should. I think somehow the big peeps inside apple tend to forget that a big percentage of their iphone sales is not generated by their logo, design or product quality but also due to apps which are of higher quality than on their competitors stores.
