Please do not post the same thing multiple times. The board software automatically flags certain posts as needing moderator attention. This happens the most often for new users. I'm pretty sure this is made clear at the time you attempt to post. Posting the same thing over and over again just makes that many more posts the moderators have to weed through later. This makes us sad. Don't make us sad. If your post/thread doesn't appear, just wait a while. Don't post it again. If it hasn't shown up by the next day, then you can try again. I normally go through posts in the mornings, and try to check a few times throughout the day, but I'm not here 24/7. There will typically be a significant delay before posts are approved. Just be patient.

I have HTML5 app for iphone, but i want when i have a new version on the site, to download it and update the local version on the phone. But i'm thinking that apple will reject my app, because i don't submit a update. What are you thinking?

Didn't understand the nature of your app. If it self contain HTML 5 app distributed outside apple AppStore (like from the browser) then apple don't care about it at all. If your app is a front end selling through AppStore and getting content from your server then you free to modify/update content as many time as you like as long as your original front end still able work withit.
If you using frameworks to write your app in HTML and compile to Xcode like PhoneGap then you still need to submit any updates through AppStore. There are no other way for IPA to get to devices (we not discussing cidia and jailbreaks right?).
Any combinations just fell into rules I described.
