Please do not post the same thing multiple times. The board software automatically flags certain posts as needing moderator attention. This happens the most often for new users. I'm pretty sure this is made clear at the time you attempt to post. Posting the same thing over and over again just makes that many more posts the moderators have to weed through later. This makes us sad. Don't make us sad. If your post/thread doesn't appear, just wait a while. Don't post it again. If it hasn't shown up by the next day, then you can try again. I normally go through posts in the mornings, and try to check a few times throughout the day, but I'm not here 24/7. There will typically be a significant delay before posts are approved. Just be patient.
I am developing an app which will be for ios6 exclusively, but how should I submit it so that apple accepts it and it is released only when ios6 is available. I could set a release date, but would apple already accept a ios6 app? Or will I have to wait until it is out?

2. Cannot be actually uploaded to AppStore (beta version of xcode does not allow submission of apps), however even if you bypass this step - one of pre-review steps is that after apple receives upload it runs validation on binary and it will reject the app outright - so it wouldn't even get to human reviewer.
3. And what's the point of releasing the app exclusively for like 0 users?
p.s. last year our app was rejected for mentioning "iOS5 support" in "what's new" while iOS5 was in beta testing.
