Please do not post the same thing multiple times. The board software automatically flags certain posts as needing moderator attention. This happens the most often for new users. I'm pretty sure this is made clear at the time you attempt to post. Posting the same thing over and over again just makes that many more posts the moderators have to weed through later. This makes us sad. Don't make us sad. If your post/thread doesn't appear, just wait a while. Don't post it again. If it hasn't shown up by the next day, then you can try again. I normally go through posts in the mornings, and try to check a few times throughout the day, but I'm not here 24/7. There will typically be a significant delay before posts are approved. Just be patient.
Are there any good resources out there crunching iPhone/iPad / mobile app developer salary data?
I work in the north east and support customers in the NYC, greater NJ & Philly markets. Multiple customers (software development companies) have approached me requesting cost info for mobile app developers, specifically iOS professionals: junior 1-3 yrs developers mid- 3-5 yr developers & senior developer / architect
For greater NJ does anyone have any target figures? What would the city premium be, industry average of + 5-7%?
Those number seem to be close to what you'd expect in SF/Bay Area. Although the money seems awesome, you have to consider the cost of living for each area as well. NY has pretty high tax rates and overall high cost of living.

Pretty sure there's not many area's that beat the Belgian tax %.
I can also confirm that in NYC entry level app developers make a little more then 100k in a non game setting. There is a lot of demand here for that skill so pay is really competitive.

In NYC you can add an additional 10K-20K to compensate for city tax, commuting, and aggravation so other cities are little lower.
Entry level iOS developers (1-2 yrs w/apps in the store) can expect 100-120K
Mid/Senior can get up to 150K
Freelancers can get $75/hr easily. Freelance agencies are charging $150/hr to the clients.
This is for non-game work. Usually involving databases and apps connected to some back end server for something.
