Specification, design, development, and debugging of mobile applications that perform well and are extremely user friendly
Creation of reusable libraries and mobile application frameworks
Use design patterns to solve application issues
Evaluate and research latest technologies
Support production issues
Mentor other team members on mobile application development techniques and technologies
Candidate Requirements:
Bachelors degree required; desired majors include Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, etc.
Successful candidates will have 2+ years of relevant mobile application development experience in a professional environment
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
At least 2 years of experience with mobile application development on iOS. Experience with multiple platforms is highly preferred
Experience with creating and consuming Web Services and knowledge of SOA
Familiarity with relational database concepts
Awareness of security issues related to mobile application development
Expertise in building mobile friendly web sites and web applications is highly desirable
Outstanding oral and written communication
Self-motivation and the ability to work under minimal supervision are required
