Please do not post the same thing multiple times. The board software automatically flags certain posts as needing moderator attention. This happens the most often for new users. I'm pretty sure this is made clear at the time you attempt to post. Posting the same thing over and over again just makes that many more posts the moderators have to weed through later. This makes us sad. Don't make us sad. If your post/thread doesn't appear, just wait a while. Don't post it again. If it hasn't shown up by the next day, then you can try again. I normally go through posts in the mornings, and try to check a few times throughout the day, but I'm not here 24/7. There will typically be a significant delay before posts are approved. Just be patient.
Hello there! I have an idea for an app and I want to share it with another person, with which I hope we can work together and make it happen. In my head I am picturing it in good detail and I am satisfied with the functions I imagine being implemented, but the this is, that I have a hard time explaining it properly without using "uhhhh" , "like..." and so on. I want to express it's purpose and function clearly and in straightforward fashion, but it seems to be pretty hard without any graphics (which I think I can make for some cases), but at first I want to try to pick my words and make a decent overview of it and to be inspiring one! :) Any tips on which "points" to cover to make it great, because I don't want to end up explaining some stuff and then I remeber some thing I should have said way earlier and jump at some other point and make a complete mess... In other words - to express is methodic way ! :)

One good way is to storyboard the whole thing:
Get a box of index cards. sketch out the screens of the app, one to each card. Use arrows with numbers in and out to show links between pages.
Draw out the whole app that way.
For each page, create a description page that explains the features and behavior of that screen.

I own a company where clients come in a do this all the time. It is all about how you present yourself. We have picked clients solely on how they presented themselves. I always like to see people with well drawn storyboards or wire frames. It good for you to know what you want and be able to explain it in a way that I can understand the feature set of the app without having to do much thought myself.
