Please do not post the same thing multiple times. The board software automatically flags certain posts as needing moderator attention. This happens the most often for new users. I'm pretty sure this is made clear at the time you attempt to post. Posting the same thing over and over again just makes that many more posts the moderators have to weed through later. This makes us sad. Don't make us sad. If your post/thread doesn't appear, just wait a while. Don't post it again. If it hasn't shown up by the next day, then you can try again. I normally go through posts in the mornings, and try to check a few times throughout the day, but I'm not here 24/7. There will typically be a significant delay before posts are approved. Just be patient.
If you find a method to insert the microSIM card into iPhone 3GS :) (iPhone 4/4S uses a microSIM while 3GS uses a normal sized SIM) then everything else should be ok, since the latest iOS versions still run on the 3GS.
I'm getting my old 3GS back that I've lent to my friend,
i want to use it for development, and i was wondering for me to take full advantage of developing it and testing on the 3GS,
can i simply switch sim cards from my current iPhone 4/S? i mean to test the cellular data and all.
You need a micro-sim to full-sized sim adapter. All it is is a plastic spacer, since the pinouts are identical, and in identical places, for the 2 types of cards. The larger one just has a bigger plastic case.
