Please do not post the same thing multiple times. The board software automatically flags certain posts as needing moderator attention. This happens the most often for new users. I'm pretty sure this is made clear at the time you attempt to post. Posting the same thing over and over again just makes that many more posts the moderators have to weed through later. This makes us sad. Don't make us sad. If your post/thread doesn't appear, just wait a while. Don't post it again. If it hasn't shown up by the next day, then you can try again. I normally go through posts in the mornings, and try to check a few times throughout the day, but I'm not here 24/7. There will typically be a significant delay before posts are approved. Just be patient.
I created an app a long time ago and now want to update it with a different xcode project I created. So I downloaded the same provisioning file I used a while back, changed the bundle ID and bundle version. After downloading my old app from the App Store, I run my code and it successfully "updates" the old app I downloaded by replacing it with the new icon and source code.
And here is the "but."
But when I go to open the app, it immediately crashes. It starts to open, then just closes before the first screen fills the entire screen. I installed it on my device without attempting the update on my device and worked fine, but not when I attempt an update. The error I get is:
I could see how there can be a conflict there. Do you think that code signing would fix that issue though? It is updating the app on my device, but somehow not launching/crashing

There seems to be quite a few different things that could cause it:
