How to make link to download App that it is not in the Appstore

hi , i have my app ready but i wont to add it to app store and i want to make a link on internet that every one can enter to it from his iPhone/iPad and download it directly

If you want to host apps that are not in the app store then you need to host with a cydia repository.

Enterprise program is not the same as "make a link on internet that every one can enter to it from his iPhone/iPad and download it directly"

Another option is a site like TestFlight. With TestFlight, you upload an ad hoc build and invite people to join your test. They sign up and TestFlight sends you their device IDs. You add them to the portal, build a new build, and upload that. Then they can run your stuff, and updates are painless.

For non-jailbroken phones, you can offer your app on the app store. This is done with your standard developer account. This will enable you to offer your application to the general public. If you want to create ad-hoc deployments you will need to register them under your developer profile. You get 100 devices a year under the ad-hoc deployment/testing scenario.

You can setup a VPP program to offer your app exclusively to select businesses enrolled in the VPP. These businesses can offer promotional codes and links to download your application (Links are through the app store). The business enrolled in the VPP must provide a Duns number to enroll into the program. You submit your app to them through your normal developer account.

You can enroll into the enterprise programmer program for 299 a year. You must have a business and duns number to enroll into this program. From this program you can provide your app through a downloadable link. This is for proprietary in house apps.

Those are your options through the Apple programs. Any other options would be though jail breaking and I have not looked into those options.
