Show ViewController only once when info saved into CoreData

Ok, her is my problem.

I am doing an App that requires the first View Controller (Called OnceViewController). OnceViewController will have two textfields(first name and startdivenumber) to save info into CoreData "DiveLog). Now when the App starts again, I need the app to see that the CoreData is not nil and automatically go to another View Controller, just called ViewController

I am using Xcode 6.3 and Swift. Also I am a bit of a newbie so please greasy on me.

Thanks in advance
