Error while importing provisioning profile into itune

Hi,

My application tester is facing issue while importing .mobileprovision file into iTunes. As I don't have the device I'm not able to simulate it. The tester gave me his iPod Touch UDID and I created a provisioning profile for that, rebuilt app with that profile, zipped both file, and mailed it. He is hitting this issue the point he drags .mobileprovision file to iTunes application.

The provisioning profile "._Aism_QA_Profile.mobileprovision" could not be imported because an unknown error occurred (0xE800801A).

Has anybody faced this issue?

Thanks.

Have you found a solution for this error? We are receiving on our app, but only on one machine.
    Thank You

We found the fix. When my developer sent me the mobileprovision file my exchange server corrupted it. The simple fix was he zipped the file first and we no longer get the error.

Thanks Kevin, But I had already zipped mobileprovision file and still he was facing this issue. Are you sure you had this exact problem?

In any case I'll again give it another try.

Some more information: We could arrange for another iPhone. I created another provisioning profile for that iphone and it installed properly. Note that I did it from developer's machine (mac-mini) via XCode organizer.

Our remote tester has iPod Touch and windows machine with iTunes application. Could there be any issue?
Do you think the error has to do with iPod Touch OR iTunes app?
