When do you get paid for paid apps?

If you put an paid app on the app store when do you get paid?
4 times a year?
Every day?
Once a day?

once per month, 30 days after the month ends, if you sold more than $150 in a country.

I don't think Apple is actually enforcing minimums. ALL of my checks have been less than $250 (the actual stated minimum last I looked), and I've received at least one for less than $100.

They recently quietly lowered the payout to $150.

I have gotten paid when my total reached $150 or more (all countries added together), at the end of the month after.
