Please do not post the same thing multiple times. The board software automatically flags certain posts as needing moderator attention. This happens the most often for new users. I'm pretty sure this is made clear at the time you attempt to post. Posting the same thing over and over again just makes that many more posts the moderators have to weed through later. This makes us sad. Don't make us sad. If your post/thread doesn't appear, just wait a while. Don't post it again. If it hasn't shown up by the next day, then you can try again. I normally go through posts in the mornings, and try to check a few times throughout the day, but I'm not here 24/7. There will typically be a significant delay before posts are approved. Just be patient.

Massive iTunes Connect Issues

I am having an EXTREMELY hard time creating new Apps in the iTunes Connect Portal.

I see the following issues at least 3-5 times daily
Server Error
Gateway timeout
Session timeouts

I start the process I log into Itunes Connect Click on the Manage Your Apps and I see the Apps currently existing I click on Add New App and the problems begin. The process stalls at multiple times without any rhyme or reason.
The usual failure point is after I enter the App Title and the Sku number and the provisioning file. What I see is this after I tab out of the title box I see an icon start spinning looking like it is trying to verify something I can still enter the Sku number so I do I then select the proper provision file. then I wait and anywhere from 30 seconds to 10 minutes goes by and I see "Waiting for Itunes connect..." in my status bar. Then about 70% of the time it fails with one of the errors listed above.

If it does succeed I can enter the pricing via the drop down after selecting the link to show the price chart sometimes disappears if it does I know it will fail soon probably with the login session timing out and I have to start again from the very beginning. This happens about 30% of the time.

If I get through here it usually worked OK I say usually because now I see a new error that sometimes pops up but it does not abort completely, as I will explain. I can usually enter the the remaining information descrip, keywords cat, support info, website, version, the ratings and the images. Only a few times does the process fail at this point probably 20% max so if I get here I am usually happy. The newest error the slows things down a bit is when I load the images ( icon, screen shots etc.) sometimes it timesout while uplaoding the iamge and I have to try again and then I have to retry over and over until it finally makes it. The last type of failure is this sometimes it comes back after I hit the save button that there is a failure in the form and that it can not be saved. If I see this I have to abort everything and log out and then log back in in order for things to have any kind of chance for success.

The process we have now is to try and complete this last section as fast as possible and that is to add only the required images the icon and one screen shot once we get these to upload successfully we save the App we then have to go back and add the additional images we want usually totaling 4 for iphone and 4 for IPAD. This going back to add remaining images hardly ever fails so once the App exists everything seems to go smoothly.

Now some explanations I am one of several developers loading Apps
for this company and we all use the same login ID but the issues doesn;t appear to be related to multiple users working at the same time due to the fact that even when I am alone working and no others are loading Apps I still see the same issues.

Any ideas from anyone about a resolution maybe a process change or something..

This had been happening off and on since the beginning of the year the last 2 weeks in January things worked really well but lately it has been REALLY BAD.

For a realtime example I have been trying to create a new app since about 5:30PM Pacific time without success I have received at least 7 aborts due to server errors and 4 or 5 aborts with gateway timeoutsand still have not been able to add one
