Please do not post the same thing multiple times. The board software automatically flags certain posts as needing moderator attention. This happens the most often for new users. I'm pretty sure this is made clear at the time you attempt to post. Posting the same thing over and over again just makes that many more posts the moderators have to weed through later. This makes us sad. Don't make us sad. If your post/thread doesn't appear, just wait a while. Don't post it again. If it hasn't shown up by the next day, then you can try again. I normally go through posts in the mornings, and try to check a few times throughout the day, but I'm not here 24/7. There will typically be a significant delay before posts are approved. Just be patient.
I really liked the game - The Lost City. I like the graphics in it, and I'm wondering how that style of graphics is achieved?
I haven't made any games yet, but considering attempting a basic game with nice graphics.
Some of the graphics in The Lost City appear to be based on real photos, but also have a 'graphic' look to them, as if they've been processed in some way to make them look less real..
Been experimenting a bit with Illustrator, and some images I took from my 4S.. seems real life pictures can indeed be transformed to 'look' like graphics. Sweet :)
Graphics are an important part of any mobile application or gaming system. The Lost city includes graphic images with perfect color combination and 3D view. You have first learned about graphic design tools as Adobe Photoshop and CorelDraw. These tools makes easy to create effective designs and images as The Lost City.
Hello, i feel that i saw you visited my website thus i got here to return the want?.I’m attempting to find things to improve my site!I suppose its ok to make use of some of your ideas!!Thanks :)
the graphics in The lost City were made using Cinema 4D or Maya and then edited above with photoshop.
illustrator is great for creating svg 2D graphics. Generally more cartoony looking graphics that are fast to load, perfect for a physics game etc. and they also can be translated easily into graphical images.
you can use a picture as a base image but don't expect to achive anything like The lost City in Illustrator.. unless you are picasso. :)
I have a question as it relates to images as well that perhaps some of you can help me with. I am designing digital cards in my game which require image and text. What is the correct settings for text so that it shows up clearly on a digital display. Not blurry, etc. Also what are your all's recommendations for what font/size to use.
