Please do not post the same thing multiple times. The board software automatically flags certain posts as needing moderator attention. This happens the most often for new users. I'm pretty sure this is made clear at the time you attempt to post. Posting the same thing over and over again just makes that many more posts the moderators have to weed through later. This makes us sad. Don't make us sad. If your post/thread doesn't appear, just wait a while. Don't post it again. If it hasn't shown up by the next day, then you can try again. I normally go through posts in the mornings, and try to check a few times throughout the day, but I'm not here 24/7. There will typically be a significant delay before posts are approved. Just be patient.
Hey, I'm making an app, where the sprite has to run across the screen pressing buttons and jumping and ducking. Kind of like line runner. Anyways, I'm using cocos2d. Is this what i should be using. If it is, how would i make it. Im not asking for all the code, just the basic objectives and what i should do! thanks so much!
Cocos2d can not work for 3D games. If you want to create interesting game then you have to look for any 3D framework as Cocos3d. After all think to work with cocos2d then no problem. You have to learn about advance Cocos2d then its possible just by searching information into Search engine. You should set the UP and DOWN keys for jumping and ducking because it makes your game user friendly which makes easy to understand for everyone.

It's not so easy to get a good grip on Cocos2D, there's a lot to get a handle on there.
He also runs a forum where you can get questions answered.
