show pic and animate it...

Hi once again

I have 2 buttons in a ViewController.... (both codes are ok and are running well in Xcode)

Button 1 ("new") let the pic appear (beginn new game)



_myPic.hidden = false;

works well.

Button 2 ("hidden over myPic") let the pic move.

        [UIView beginAnimations:nil context:nil];
        [UIView setAnimationCurve:UIViewAnimationCurveEaseInOut];
        [UIView setAnimationDuration:2.0f];
        self.myPic.transform = CGAffineTransformMakeTranslation (200,138);
        [UIView commitAnimations];

would also work well.... BUT !!!! Here is my problem!!!!

After loading the ViewController: when I click on the fist button...pic appears....thats great. But when I click on the second button....the pic don't move!?!?!?

But when I click directly on the second button after ViewController was loaded. the pic moves well (if its hidden = false)

This means: each code separte as a stand alone works well. But start code1 with button1 and then code2 with button2 (don't work).

Do I have to reload the pic after button1? Or something like this? second button does his job well.... but not after button1 click....thats very strange I think.
