Please do not post the same thing multiple times. The board software automatically flags certain posts as needing moderator attention. This happens the most often for new users. I'm pretty sure this is made clear at the time you attempt to post. Posting the same thing over and over again just makes that many more posts the moderators have to weed through later. This makes us sad. Don't make us sad. If your post/thread doesn't appear, just wait a while. Don't post it again. If it hasn't shown up by the next day, then you can try again. I normally go through posts in the mornings, and try to check a few times throughout the day, but I'm not here 24/7. There will typically be a significant delay before posts are approved. Just be patient.

I'd recommend a different route... Get your app set up with a server, more page, push notifications etc. So you can capture your users and keep up with them for life.

We'd recommend you to send announcement of your app to review sites. The owners the sites will either do a free review, or will tell their prices for paid reviews. After gathering the prices, you'll be able to compare them and select the subset of sites that will fit in your budget.
But in general - sites in English are overpriced, e.g. asking $50 for paid review on a site with only 200-300 unique visitors per day (that's a scam, to be honest!). For the same amount, you can get your review posted on some site european (e.g. italian) site with 10k unique visitors per day.

I agree. That is nothing but a scam. We don't charge for reviews and never will. The only condition for us doing a staff review is that the app is a good one and stands out from all the others. The reality is that sites like mine, App Picker - iPhone/iPad App Reviews & News need interesting apps for our readers. We are all about discovery and charging per review dilutes that in some way.
