Please do not post the same thing multiple times. The board software automatically flags certain posts as needing moderator attention. This happens the most often for new users. I'm pretty sure this is made clear at the time you attempt to post. Posting the same thing over and over again just makes that many more posts the moderators have to weed through later. This makes us sad. Don't make us sad. If your post/thread doesn't appear, just wait a while. Don't post it again. If it hasn't shown up by the next day, then you can try again. I normally go through posts in the mornings, and try to check a few times throughout the day, but I'm not here 24/7. There will typically be a significant delay before posts are approved. Just be patient.

Combination of AppShout! and iSpreadnews.com ?

Hi Guys,

I'll soon launch a brand new iPhone app and I'm looking for marketing & PR agencies who pitch reviewers and write press releases.

I was thinking that I'll buy the Appshout.com Plus+ package, it includes a press release, a promotion video and a product page plus press kit.

In addition, I'll let the iSpreadnews.com guys send this press release to the editors of the famous blogs.

Is that too much? I don't want to spam all these sites.

What do you think?

Cheers,

Alex

    Hello Alex

That's a big marketing push so hope it works out for you.

I personally prefer personal submissions at my site so I would recommend you contact review sites after the campaign that haven't picked up your story. I wouldn't worry about thinking it's spam.......we app review sites rely on discovering interesting apps for our readers.

As it is, I have never received a press submission from either of those companies so maybe many other sites get missed too.
www.apppicker.com top 10 App review site where developers can post videos, place promo codes and announce apps on sale and gone free.

    Thanks, that was very helpful.

I think I'm gonna pitch a few editors before releasing the app, so they can check out the app and post a review on launch day.

Check out some fiverr gigs, one gives you more than 50 contacts of review sites for $5. Much cheaper than iSpread news.

Disclaimer - I am not associated with the makers of the fiverr gig.
