Is there any way to download the grey "Available in the iTunes Store" button from Apple? Or is that for Apple's use only?

Basically, is it legal to find it on google and use it or would that break copyright laws? :D

Are you talking about this graphic?

If so, you download the artwork from within the developer portal.

    If that's not what you're talking about....then sorry!! :)

Legally you actually have to print there Artwork contract (pdf found inside the portal) and mail it to them with your signature before you can use the artwork.

You have to put some copyright notice before you post that image in this forum :)

They are real fast to process the contract request to use the graphic; mailed it into their Austin office and had an email within a week that I was approved.

There's a great alternative to Apple's button, get a custom button for your App which includes things like you're Apps name, icon and rating (if you want it displayed). This way there's no need to wait for an OK from Apple.

Customized Buttons for your iOS Apps -

You can use them in websites, email-signatures, forum-signatures, etc. What's the best part? they auto-update, so if you change your App's icon it will be reflected automatically in the button you use, no need to update anything manually.
