Load Lat/Lng coordinates from SQLite database using MapKit

I have a database with a list of Lat/Lng coordinates. I would like to populate the map with multiple annotations (pins) based on those coordinates within the database. I'm not sure, but it may be easier to convert to XML and populate the map that way. Any help would be greatly appreciated! :)

I have already built and app and released it in the store that plots points by loading the lat long from a json file bundled in my app, there are now too many points to load from json. I've converted the json file to a sqllite database but wondered could someone send me some sample code on how to make it work?

    Any help would be great...

    Thanks
